Can I keep my existing number
Yes, we will arrange for your existing number to be transferred across from your existing phone service provider to the Pine Media phone service.
To allow this to happen, we will need the following information:
- The phone number
- The address (including postcode) where the number is currently located plus, if you are moving, your new address & postcode.
- The name of your existing phone service provider (i.e. the company you get the phone bill from)
- If it’s a number with multiple lines and/or a range of associated numbers, we will need to know the details. Most residential numbers are just a single line.
- The date you’d like the transfer to occur (usually this is “ASAP”). Transfers normally take between 7 and 10 days to complete. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 15 days.
